French Mint cooking classes - learn classical French cooking techniques in a home-based setting. Whether you aspire to master pastry, to improve your knife skills or simply to cook with more confidence, French Mint can help. Learn the secrets of creating delicious, beautifully prepared food.

Demonstration Classes - $75* per person
Sit back, relax and enjoy food samples while learning cooking tips and tricks in a home-based commercial kitchen. Small, intimate classes ensure plenty of attention from your classically trained culinary instructor. (Approx. 2 1/2 hrs)

Hands-on Classes $300* per couple
Two couples maximum.  Team up with a friend, partner or colleague to get the most out of your cooking classes with a “hands-on” lesson. Work at your own pace in these fun interactive lessons. (Approx. 3 1/2 hours) Four students maximum.

Classes at French Mint can be booked online or by your innkeepers. 

Cancellation Policy
Fees will be refunded in full for cancellations at least 72 hours prior to the class. You may send a friend to occupy your space if you are unavailable. Classes may be cancelled due to insufficient enrollment; with refunds promptly issued.
