If your travel plans involve going to or from Seattle on I5 please be advised that the collapse of the Skagit River Bridge at Mount Vernon may cause significant delays. Up to date detour information can be found here.
A temporary replacement bridge is expected to be installed my June 20th.
You may wish to consider utilizing the WA State ferry via Anacortes or travelling along the western side of Puget Sound and sailing on the Blackball - Coho Ferry at Port Angeles.
