It’s not just any year for the Victoria Film Festival. This year is special. It’s the Festival’s 20th anniversary, and there will be parties, galas, and of course, a selection of great films to celebrate. The Victoria Film Festival (VFF) takes place from February 7 – 16, 2014 this year, and is well worth attending.
